Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center is a locally owned, family operated facility that has been serving the residents of Modesto, CA and surrounding communities for over 49 years. Under the leadership and direction of Benedict and Angela Cipponeri, Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center expanded from 18 beds in 1960 to the present one hundred seventy-five beds. Evergreen has always applied the highest nationally recognized standards as the basis for providing health care services for residents and patients and will always continue to do so.
